Archeologists have the technology to find not only the types of cooking and serving wares, but also the remnants of food types, both plants and animals.
Early humans domesticated plants and animals in their movement from foraging to agriculture and presence of the state.
Many ingredients that early humans found aren't available in today's market. Here I substitute my closest approximation to the ancient ingredients.
